Nine weeks before your course start date 

You must have submitted your application and all Genuine Student (GS) assessment documentation. This applies to both new and open applications.

Six weeks before your course start date

You must have completed your acceptance and had your payment cleared to the Federation University account.

Three weeks before your course start date

You must have submitted your application and all required documents. This applies to both new and open applications.

One week before your course start date

You must have received a payment confirmation from Federation University and met all conditions on your offer letter.

If you’re planning to do the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) course alongside your main study, your application cut-off date will be based on the start of your EAP term, not the standard dates above.
