Paul Oppenheimer

Paul Oppenheimer is a values-led change leader. He has extensive experience leading digital and operational transformation within the finance and education sectors in Australia and across Asia.

The Operating portfolio brings together cross-functional teams in the delivery of student-centric solutions and customer and business outcomes. It drives the implementation of Federation’s vision and strategies around digital architecture, our campuses and our people.

As COO, Paul leads Federation’s Information Technology Services, People and Culture, Legal, Program Management Office, Property and Infrastructure, Tech Park and Commercial Services.

Paul comes to Federation University from recent roles including Executive Director Operations for RMIT in Vietnam and as Chief Information Officer for RMIT in Melbourne.

Paul’s expertise as a digital and technology change leader will be central in supporting our significant transformation and setting up our future success delivering the Federation University Co-operative Model.
