Enrolment questions?

Penalties for late submission
If you submit an assessment after the due date without an approved extension, a late penalty will apply. 5% of the total marks available will be deducted for each day the assessment is late, including weekends and public holidays.
If you submit an assessment more than seven calendar days after the due date, it will not be marked and you will receive a mark of zero. Whether you receive feedback is up to your course coordinator.
Unhappy with your results?
1. Ask your lecturer or tutor for more detailed feedback
Useful feedback can help you understand what was expected and how you can improve in the future. Make sure you include your name, student number and unit in your email, and keep a record of the conversation in case you decide to apply for a review of grades.
2. Request a second marking
If you think your marks are incorrect, you can ask for a second opinion by writing to your unit coordinator within the teaching period. (In some units, this happens automatically for assignments that get under 50% – check the unit description to find out if this is the case).
3. Apply for a review of grades
If you've talked to your lecturer and received a second marking and you're still not happy, you can apply for a review of grades. Keep in mind that you have ten working days from grade publication date to submit your application.
