Kim Pappaluca is an experienced educator and learning designer who has worked at multiple universities as an academic, sessional tutor, and online course coordinator. Her current role includes working within the Federation Business School as a CLIPP Faculty Embedded Learning Designer (CeFELD). Within this role, she provides advice and support to academic staff involved in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the delivery of Online, Blended and Face-to-face courses and programs. Kim is responsible for helping staff incorporate appropriate pedagogical approaches to learning and teaching across all aspects of a course, including but not limited to, assessment design, course structure/layout, student engagement, appropriate learning activities, as well as technical guidance and support. Kim holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) degree from the University of Ballarat, and is currently enrolled in her PhD.
