Grievances and complaints

The University aims to provide a fair, safe and productive work and study environment, consideration of complaints and grievances will be dealt with fairly, consistently, promptly, with sensitivity to all parties and in accordance with the principles of natural justice.

If appropriate, you should attempt to resolve your complaint or grievance directly with person(s) concerned and as early as possible.

The University has specific grievance procedures for students and for staff. Some complaints are managed under other processes for resolution within the University.
