Research interests

I have general research interests across factors that influence individual, dyad, group and organisational level outcomes at work including leadership and followership, workplace health and safety (WHS), employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, organisational culture and values, employee engagement, job design, and performance management. In particular, I am interested in how differences in personality, cognitive styles, and beliefs affect leadership and followership.
