Digital World
Mission: The Digital World researchers at FedUni Psychology promote safe online spaces for human interaction and harness technology for the delivery of treatments and the advancement of mental and physical health
Digital World researchers at FedUni Psychology are advancing understanding of human behaviour and online interactions in the digital age, with an emphasis on wellness and safety. We harness digital technology to develop and evaluate interventions designed to optimise mental health and to prevent, treat and manage disease and disability, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and multiple sclerosis.
We are committed to developing and evaluating eHealth technologies and online interventions to promote mental and physical health in community and clinical populations, including rural and remote Australians. In addition to promoting eHealth, researchers at FedUni Psychology strive to promote safe online spaces by exploring antecedents of online behaviour, both prosocial and antisocial.
