Naomi has also worked as a teaching and learning coach in various schools within the Grampians region in Victoria. As a successful coach for over 5 years she has developed and delivered numerous professional learning workshops for coaches throughout the state and has extensive experience in developing the capacity of teachers to improve their practice in both Literacy and Numeracy. Naomi helped develop the DEECD professional practice reference guide for coaches and pioneered team coaching strategies which have been implemented throughout schools in the region. Naomi was a literacy leader in a Melbourne primary school before becoming a project officer with the Catholic Education office in 2013 where she developed and delivered professional learning for literacy leaders across the Melbourne Archdiocese.
