Brian McLennan Scholarship
Scholarship closes Friday 26 October 2018 at 4pm
The Brian McLennan Art Scholarship was created in recognition of the contribution made by Brian McLennan to the teaching of arts at the School of Mines and Industries Ballarat (SMB), now a campus of Federation University Australia. SMB had a long and proud history in teaching art, and Brian McLennan as a teacher, Head of Department and Assistant Director had a major influence on the teaching programs over the period 1976 - 1999. Scholarships are awarded annually and consist of one scholarship to the value of $2,000.
Eligibility
Students enrolled in the Diploma of Graphic Design who intend to pathway into the Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design. At the time of the application and on receipt of the scholarship the recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student.

Albert Coates Memorial Scholarships
The Albert Coates Memorial Scholarships are awarded by the Albert Coates Memorial Trust to students who are able to achieve academic excellence whilst overcoming challenging circumstances
Eligibility
Students enrolled in their second year of a visual arts undergraduate or postgraduate program could be eligible to apply for the Jim Pryor/Ballaarat Club Visual Arts Award, one of the three Memorial Scholarships available to the value of $2,500.
