Caroline's current research interests are in environmental law and sustainability
Immediately prior to her current appointment as Lecturer in Commercial Law (Taxation) Caroline was employed as Lawyer - Corporate Services with the University of Ballarat; and between 2005 and 2007 held the role of Lecturer in Law with the School of Business.
Before joining the University of Ballarat in 2005, Caroline practised as a senior corporate lawyer advising predominantly in the areas of derivatives, capital markets and banking and finance law. Her professional background also includes operating a general legal practice, and employment in small and medium sized legal firms.
Caroline is committed to pursuing research in the fields of environmental law and sustainability. She has recently commenced a PhD.
