Nick is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience working with organisations. He has led strategic projects, workshops and coaching assignments for Rio Tinto, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, The Body Shop, New Clicks, Pfizer Animal Health, Barloworld Automotive, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, JB Camerons, as well as many other companies. He has a passion for individual and organisational change, and offers value to clients by focusing on the implementation of business strategy.

Nick was a Director at New Clicks, a large South African retailer for over 10 years. Since then has held executive integration and change management roles both in Australia and internationally, which include experience with mergers and acquisitions and internal restructuring programs. A broad knowledge and with proven business experience allows Nick to provide tailored Strategic/Organisational Development solutions and services for companies seeking to improve the performance of their employees. He believes in an executive coaching model built on process and systemic thinking, which gives lasting results for the both individuals and organisations.

Nick was part of an exciting team led by Professor Alan Zimbler Professor of Business Administration at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Witwatersrand University, in Johannesburg. This team did pioneering work in helping senior executives and team members to become more engaged in work and discover deep meaning in it. This mechanism used was the My Development Program (ODP Leadership Development) a challenging and rewarding programme that creates useful insights into how to succeed better at work creating quantum leaps in professional and personal effectiveness.

Nick has an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, as well as post-graduate qualifications in human resources (Monash) and retail/supply chain management (Harvard). He is a qualified Executive and Business coach, and a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

His interests outside of consulting include sport (all sports, but particularly AFL {Collingwood}, rugby union, soccer {Tottenham Hotspur}) music, travel and reading. Nick is based in Melbourne.
