Guidelines

Guidelines for submitting a poster presentation abstract:

(please access abstract template, example abstract and full guidelines from downloads below)

• Abstract word limit (200 words)
• Abstract title word limit (12 words)
• Abstract must be on approved FedUni template (access template from downloads below)
• All supervisors must be listed on abstract
• Abstract must be submitted in word format not pdf format
• Abstract must be approved and signed off by your principal supervisor (please ensure that the approval form is on a separate page to your abstract)
• A clear passport size digital photo of your face (jpeg) must also be submitted with your abstract
• Closing date for abstracts is Sunday 26 May 2024
• Abstract along with your supervisor's approval form and photo must uploaded via the online submission form

• Ensure that you download the guidelines below before preparing your poster
• The approved Poster templates (MS Publisher A1 Landscape or Portrait) and MS Publisher Poster instructions can be found below. If you have any questions about these templates please email feduni.researchconference@federation.edu.au
• Examples of posters (links below)
• You will need to upload your poster file via the online submission form no later than Sunday 23 June 2024
