Australian Collaboration for Research into Injury in Sport and its Prevention (ACRISP)

ACRISP conducts research across a range of injury topics and sports participation contexts. Our research aims to ensure that sport and physical activity is safe, with a minimal risk of injury, for all. As a result, more people will have the opportunity to participate in sport and physical activity, affording them a healthier lifestyle.

ACRISP is one of only ten centres worldwide to be selected by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to be a member its Medical Research Network.

ACRISP has campuses at FedUni and Latrobe University, and a major collaboration site is the Australian Institute of Sport. This structure enables new and ongoing collaborative opportunities with local, national, and international partners.
