Poster Presentation
Guidelines
Guidelines for submitting a poster presentation abstract:
(please access abstract template, example abstract and full guidelines from downloads below)
- Abstract word limit (200 words)
- Abstract title word limit (12 words)
- Abstract must be on approved FedUni template (access template from downloads below)
- All supervisors must be listed on abstract
- Abstract must be submitted in word format not pdf format
- Abstract must be approved and signed off by your principal supervisor (please ensure that the approval form is on a separate page to your abstract)
- A clear passport size digital photo of your face (jpeg) must also be submitted with your abstract
- Closing date for abstracts is Monday 2 June 2025
- Abstract along with your supervisor's approval form and photo must uploaded via the online submission form
Please do not make a submission without having the approval form completed.

- Ensure that you download the guidelines below before preparing your poster
- The approved Poster templates (MS Publisher A1 Landscape or Portrait) and MS Publisher Poster instructions can be found below. If you have any questions about these templates please email feduni.researchconference@federation.edu.au
- Examples of posters (links below)
- You will need to upload your poster file via the online submission form no later than Friday 20 June 2025
