Student HQ help in the library

Student HQ services at Berwick, Gippsland and Mt Helen are located at the InfoPoint in our libraries. Student HQ staff can help answer your enrolment, timetabling and other student administration queries.

Student HQ services at SMB and Wimmera are available face-to-face. Find Student HQ opening hours and locations.

Library Website

The library homepage has some very helpful links on the front page. This can help you choose what service might help you best.

Click on the drop-down to learn more:

  1. QuickSearch - it's like Google for the library. It finds books, eBooks, journal articles, videos and more.
  2. Databases - searching in a subject-specific database is a good way to to narrow down your search. You can search for a database by title, subject or type of content.
  3. Subject Guides - a good place to get started : these include recommended resources and lots of useful search tips.
  4. My Library login - login with your student ID and password to view and renew your loans.
  5. Chat with a librarian during opening hours. 
  6. Call the library during opening hours
  7. Student resources - find links to FedCite, the InfoPoint, past exam papers and many more helpful library pages.
