Returning and renewing items

Returning items

To return items you have borrowed using postal delivery, please use the reply paid label sent with the item and drop them at any AusPost Post Office or posting box – you can use this handy Post Box locator tool to find the closest one to you.

If you do not have a replay paid label, you can still post them to us free of charge, using the following reply-paid address:

You are also able to return items via the return drop boxes available outside our campus libraries at Ballarat, Mount Helen, Berwick and Gippsland, although please note our Victorian campus library buildings are closed to all non-library staff at the present time, so you will not be able to enter the building.

Renewing items

You can renew borrowed items online by logging into My Library with your Fed student number and password or by using the MyLibrary! App.
