Staff at partner providers
The Associates scheme provides access via login to Federation University electronic resources for persons associated with the University, though not directly employed by the University.
It will enable you, for the term of your engagement with your partner provider, to access:
- Federation email
- Library databases and electronic resources - eBooks, eJournals, and journal article databases
- other applications as needed.
To apply for access contact administration at your teaching location or your School contact.
To change or reset your password if locked or expired, please use the Password reset portal.
Academic staff can add course material to their Moodle course readings list. Material that needs to be digitised can be requested through course readings in Moodle or emailed to Course readings. This material can include digitised journal articles and extracts of books.

Contact your local institution library staff member for help with research or assistance with accessing library resources. They have access to a range of resources through our partner library network, including:

- Study skills help sheets
- Video tutorials for partner students
