Closed access
Mt Helen campus
The Closed Access collection consists of past issues of journals, theses and low-use materials.
In most cases, journals that are more than ten years old are placed in the Closed Access collection, whereas journals less than ten years old are usually located in the Journals collection.
Theses and low use materials can be used within the Library only and access is obtained by placing a request through the Library Catalogue. Journal articles from Closed Access can be requested through Document Delivery Services and delivered electronically to your University staff or student email account.
Closed Access Collection holds archival copies of the University's theses. Theses that are available for public use can be accessed via Federation ResearchOnline.
Gippsland campus
At Gippsland, the Closed Access collection consists of items which are considered to be low-use materials or require supervised access. Items can be used within the Library only and access is obtained by placing a request through the Library Catalogue.
