The Library Frontline Services Team’s mission is to deliver high-quality customer service to support the diverse needs of the Federation University community. We do this by delivering a mix of face-to-face, phone, and virtual assistance via our InfoPoint service, a one-stop query resolution service to all students, staff and visitors.  We'll either answer your query or connect you to the right service.
