Information for Agents
FedUni has introduced a new online application centre called StudyLink for the Semester 2, 2019 intake. Agents should submit all new applications through the StudyLink Agent Portal
Please note that due to the change of system, any application from Semester 1 that needs to be deferred to Semester 2, will need to be re-submitted through StudyLink.
Authorised FedUni Agents
If you have a written agent agreement with FedUni, you should already be set up in the StudyLink agent portal. However if your agency's details are missing, please contact StudyLink to request access.
StudyLink is responsible for providing support to FedUni's agents. This includes
- Account access and support (eg username and password)
- Online training and user guides
- Support Desk service
Agents who do not have a written agent agreement with FedUni are welcome to assist their students with the application process, but they should not be submitting applications on the student's behalf. The student should submit their own application through the StudyLink Student Portal and use their own email address (not the agent email address) when signing up. Note that commission will not be payable.
If you are a student looking for information on how to apply to FedUni through an agent, please see the Apply Through an Agent page
