Information for Agents
Agents should submit all applications through the StudyLink agent portal.
Authorised FedUni agents
If you have a written agent agreement with FedUni, you should already be set up in the StudyLink agent portal. However if your agency's details are missing, please contact StudyLink to request access.
StudyLink support
StudyLink is responsible for providing support to FedUni's agents. This includes
- Account access and support (eg username and password)
- Online training and user guides
- Support desk service
Other agents
Agents who do not have a written agent agreement with FedUni are welcome to assist their students with the application process, but they should not be submitting applications on the student's behalf. The student should submit their own application through the StudyLink Student Portal and use their own email address (not the agent email address) when signing up. Note that commission will not be payable.
Short-term Study Tours
Short-term study tour programs for university students and private groups are now available. Participants are able to extend their English language skills outside of traditional classrooms.
Visit the Study Tours page to find out more.
