Helen joined Federation University (TAFE) assisting the facilitation of the Bachelor of Applied Management (a pathway degree that has the diploma and advanced diploma as a pathway into six Victorian regional TAFE Institutes (Sunraysia TAFE, Goulburn Ovens TAFE, Wodonga TAFE, Central Gippsland TAFE, Bendigo TAFE (now Kangan TAFE) and 5 interstate TAFEs in metropolitan areas. Before her appointment to Federation University, Helen had extensive experience as an educator and leader in secondary education across two states in both the Catholic and Public sectors. Helen has held the senior position of Head of Teaching and Learning for 11 years in a secondary college and has held the position of Careers Counsellor. Helen was appointed to Federation Business School in 2011 and was the Associate Dean L&T for 3 years before taking up the Academic Undergraduate Programs Manager incorporating Work Integrated Learning (WIL).
