Human Resource Management
Dr Sijun Shao has a wide range of interest and expertise in across-areas such as industrial relations and labour law, China labour issues, international labour organisations, and comparative labour studies. He has worked in various organisations including the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of China and International Labour Office in Geneva. Before joining Federation University Australia, he worked at Monash University and had contributed to the research efforts of the Department of Management involving various projects and co-authored several conference papers and journal articles in industrial relations, HRM, and China labour studies.
