Dr Renee Paulet has worked for Federation University since its inception in 2014. Prior to this, she had been a Lecturer with Monash University for 14 years. She has a teaching and research focus on Human Resource Management (HRM). Over her career she has developed a body of research spanning topics from the impact of Place on HRM, HRM in Call Centres, and managing HR in Small Businesses. More recently, Renee has begun exploring the field of Sustainable HRM. In particular, the role of employees and employee voice in an achieving an organisations’ sustainability objectives has become her main focus. Renee also has a commitment to providing quality higher education to business students studying both on and off campus. To this end, she is currently researching continuous improvement of teaching to off campus students through peer enhancement programs.
