Research interests

Changing organisational culture of large organisations to support their transition to cognitive enterprises.

Supervision interests

I am interested in supervising PhD research projects in the areas of organisational change, innovation, complexity, the management side of digitalisation, and the management side of adopting the latest disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Internet of Things.
