InPlace student information

Student access to InPlace

All students who are enrolled in a placement course will have their InPlace account automatically created. Log in with your student ID number and FedUni password (the password you’re already using to log into My Student Centre).

All students enrolled in a course that involves going out on placement (even if you arrange those placements yourself) will need to access the InPlace system.

You will need to access the InPlace student placement system to provide pre-placement information and requirements, and to find out where you have been placed.

You can download the InPlace Student User Guide (pdf, 1MB) to help with getting started.

If you are having trouble logging in to InPlace, or using the system, please contact ITS for assistance. Please remember that you must be enrolled in a placement course before your InPlace account will be activated.

You can submit a request for assistance via the Service Desk Portal or you can contact ITS on 1800 FED UNI (1800 333 864).

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Password reset portal.

If you have general questions about your placement or the placement process, please contact your placement coordinator or your Professional Experience office.
