Prospects is a fully operational licensed restaurant open to the public for breakfast, lunch, dinner, takeaway services and special functions.

You will experience excellent food, drinks and service while supporting our Commercial Cookery, Patisserie & Hospitality students who are supervised by passionate teachers who have extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
