I recently left a corporate career to follow a path that would bring me more personal fulfilment and as a result, I am now studying a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at FedUni. I love the hands on learning and working with a small team of people from all walks of life. The trainers have so much industry experience and they make learning fun. In the future, I hope to build a successful food-based business."
