After you apply

I've submitted my application. What happens next?

Your application will be forwarded to the appropriate selection officer, and you will be notified of the outcome. If your application has been submitted without sufficient supporting documentation, we will need to contact you, which will cause delays in the assessment of your application.

My application has been rejected. What steps can I take?

If your application has been rejected, and you have strong evidence to indicate that there was an error in processing your application, please send a written appeal request through your Studylink Student Portal account

I've been offered a scholarship. Where can I find more information?

Eligible students may receive notification that they have been provisionally awarded a scholarship when they receive their offer letter. Details of these scholarships can be found here. Please make sure you check your scholarship letter for the correct name of the scholarship you have received.

In order to secure your scholarship, please confirm your acceptance as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your scholarship, please contact us

I've been offered a place at FedUni. What do I need to do now?

Most international students will be required to complete a pre-visa assessment as a condition of their offer. For useful information on this process, please refer to our Pre-visa screening page

Please note that pre-visa assessment can take some time, so it is important to provide your forms and documents as early as possible.

Once you have passed the pre-visa assessment and met any other conditions on your offer, it's time to accept your offer and make your initial payment. Information on how to do this will be included in your offer letter, and can also be found on our Accepting your offer page.
