High Achievers Scholarship eligibility criteria
To be eligible applicants must:
- be an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
- be commencing an undergraduate bachelor degree through a Federation University Australia campus within Australia in semester 1, 2019
- be enrolled in a full-time Commonwealth Supported Place
Applicants must also be able to demonstrate academic achievement in one of the following:
- an ATAR of at least 80
- an ATAR of at least 90 for the additional $5000 cash payment
Ongoing scholarship eligibility for students with an ATAR of 90+
Students who are awarded a FedUni Higher Achievers Scholarship (and obtained an ATAR of 90+) will receive an additional $5,000 per year, subject to their ongoing full-time enrolment and continued successful progress within their FedUni program with a GPA of 5.5* per semester to be paid on a per semester basis, after census dates.
* Students can request special consideration if their GPA falls below 5.5 in an individual semester
