First round offers increase in 2021

Nursing, Exercise and Sport Science, Performing Arts and Visual Arts, Physiotherapy and Education are among the most popular programs for prospective students at Federation University Australia in 2021.

The first round of Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) offers to study at Victorian universities have been released, with Federation University making 1,055 offers to domestic higher education students. Federation made an additional 178 offers in the early November round.

This is a 12.7 per cent increase of Round 1 offers compared to last year for Federation University.  An outstanding result coming from an increase of Federation University first preferences by 11.8 per cent compared to an increase of 2.5. per cent across Victoria. 

There were 496 offers at the Ballarat campus, 431 offers at the Berwick campus and 267 offers at the Gippsland campus.

In addition, 116 Federation TAFE offers were made in Round 1 VTAC, with Nursing being the most popular with 72 offers.

VTAC offers account for around one third of domestic enrolments at Federation University, with the majority of applications being made directly to the university.
