National Ride to Work Day

To coincide with National Ride to Work day, staff and students are invited to join the ‘Ride to FedUni Day’, Wednesday 18 October departing from Sovereign Hill and riding along Canadian Creek Bike trail to Mt Helen Campus. On arrival we’ll celebrate with a free breakfast at Ruby’s café.The aim of National Ride to Work day is to normalise the idea of riding. Cycling is a great way to incorporate exercise into your day and it’s good for the environment. New riders are welcome too. We ride in a group, the pace is gentle, and the route will take in sealed off-road bike paths. Event details are as follows:Meet at Sovereign Hill car park at 7:50am. Those who live a distance out can drive to Sovereign Hill and ride the final 8km.Depart at 8am and ride along the Canadian Creek Bike TrailArrive at Mt Helen Campus at 8:30amFree breakfast at Ruby’s cafe (Please register your attendance by clicking on the register now button prior to 5:00pm Monday 16th of October, 2017 to ensure that catering can be arranged prior to the event)
