Welcome to the Wimmera Campus! The Wimmera Campus is a small but vibrant place to study, located in the rural town of Horsham. Surrounded by stunning open skies, fields of yellow canola, The Grampians National Park and Mount Arapiles. There’s plenty of free parking on campus, or you can take the Route 1 bus right to the door!

Get involved

During orientation week and right through the semester, there is a range of planned activities for you to make the most of your studies including:

  • a Services Expo with staff from different support services talking about what’s available.
  • A Wimmera exclusive Moodle shell: Student Board Wimmera.
  • A student lounge with a whole range of games and activities for you to enjoy.

And if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can always start your own student club!

Orientation schedules

Orientation is held for new students at the start of each teaching period and we're busy planning for next Orientation.

Check back closer to the start of your first teaching period to find your custom schedule. You'll receive an email letting you know when schedules are released.

Room numbers for orientation sessions (and classes) can be a little long and confusing at first. You'll find you learn them quickly, but you can use the following rules to help you out:

  • All rooms at Wimmera Campus are made up of a letter and two numbers, such as room C94.
  • The letter refers to the building it is in. So in our example of C94, the room will be in Building C.
  • The numbers are the room number itself, and tell you exactly which room you are looking for once you are in the building.
