Yoga - bringing strength and flexibility to the body, a calm and peace to the mind.  Challenge yourself through flowing movements developing balance, internal power, improved posture helping to eliminate any 'sore spots' or muscle tension that you may have

What to bring

All you need to do is turn up. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. Wear loose-fitting clothes – shorts or leggings. Yoga mats, as well as props, will be provided.

Cost of 6 class:  Students $30, Staff $50
