Administrative fees and charges

In addition to student contribution and tuition fees, there may be other expenses associated with your study. There are a number of administrative fees applied for various services including academic transcripts, replacement student ID cards and graduation. Below is a summary of the non-refundable administrative fees which are charged as applicable.

In person collection of testamur and other official graduation documentation  (graduating in absentia), no program

Alternative arrangement fees
Administrative charge for approved applications to sit an on-campus exams at an off-campus/alternate location (as defined by the Higher Education Examinations Procedure)$300
Late charges
Enrolment after the timely enrolment date - applicable to continuing higher education students (Federation campuses and ODL) (please refer to the Higher Education Enrolment Procedure)$100
Enrolment correction - request to amend enrolment submitted to Student HQ after census date$120
Enrolment reinstatement - charged following cancellation due to contract breaches (non-payment of fees, non-provision of tax file number, non-completion of eCAF etc.)$220
