You will be able to select one of these options when you complete your graduation attendance details online:

Attend ceremony (PHD students) - includes four complimentary guest tickets
Attend ceremony - includes two complimentary guest tickets
Extra guest tickets (if available)
Post overseas
Post within Australia
No charge - collect from Student HQ

Note:

• Complimentary guest tickets are not automatically applied. You must request them when submitting your attendance information via the Reed's portal.
• attending graduates will be notified after the registration portal closes for the relevant graduation event, if additional guest tickets are available to purchase

Graduating 'In absentia' - not attending a ceremony

If you have received an email from Reed Graduation Services, inviting you to submit your attendance or non attendance information it is essential that you complete these details online via the Reed's portal, even if you do not want to attend a ceremony. Please select the 'Defer or Graduate In Absentia' link when completing your graduation attendance details online.

Attending - Invitation / visa letters for family members

Invitation letters for visa purposes can be requested from the graduation office.

If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes please submit an online request. If you require names of family members on your invitation letter, please include these.

Please note that changes to the government health advice may affect ceremony details and attendance limits, including guest tickets.
