Request to change exam location

This form is for on-campus students who wish to sit their exam/s at a location other than where they are enrolled in main exam periods.

Students that are required to come to a campus for their exams (ie. MTH, FLX, etc), can request to sit at an off-campus location for a fee of $300 per exam.

This fee is listed under administrative fees and charges (opens new window), will be charged by Student HQ upon approval of your request, and is non-refundable.

Requests to sit off-campus must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the main exam period commencing (1 week after the final timetable is published).

Theory exams can be sat at any Federation University campus at no cost, within the same teaching exam period.
