Latrobe Valley Authority: Health Innovation, Transformation and Discovery

The Collaborative Evaluation Unit (CEU) has partnered with the Latrobe Valley Authority to deliver the Health and Wellbeing stream of the Gippsland Smart Specialisation Strategy (GS3).

Working in partnership with stakeholders, the CEU will explore current and future strengths and challenges in the heath sector. A series of workshops will lead a collaborative Discovery, Inquiry and Design process that is evidence based to explore strengths and opportunities.

Latrobe Valley Authority: Career Journey Mapping of Health and Community Services

The Collaborative Evaluation Unit (CEU) is conducting a career journey mapping of professionals in Health and Community Service occupations. This work will focus on the exploring the experiences of individuals and recording their stories along with mapping career journeys in the health and community services area.

Gippsland Primary Health Network (GippslandPHN)

The CEU is evaluating the impact and reach of a number of GHPN’s early detection and screening initiatives in Latrobe City, including tobacco initiatives, illness detection and prevention, and local access to treatment and support services.

Sexual Lives and Respectful Relationships

Capacity building to develop the skills, knowledge, and abilities of people with intellectual disability, ABI, or complex communication across Gippsland. The key element is to engage, train and support peer educators in the development and delivery of the Sexual Lives and Respectful Relationships (SL&RR) network. Gippsland Centre Against Sexual Assault (GCASA) is working in partnership with New Wave Gippsland.
