Journeys II – Behind Closed Doors

From Invisible to Finding Hope, Journeys II is the upcoming photo series by Ballarat Photographer Neville Hiatt. Last year's Ballarat International Foto Biennale was the impetus that led to the series Journeys “Sometimes we aren't equipped or prepared” being shot.

One of the statistics rarely given attention is the long term impact felt by the survivors of road trauma. Years after his radio career was given a sudden and lasting intermission, Hiatt is even more passionate about sharing not only his own Journey but also encouraging others to share theirs. He plans to send Journeys II around Victoria and then overseas to share these stories with a worldwide audience.

Hiatt also shares his journey through poetry, published in several anthologies both here and overseas and short stories which have been translated into multiple languages.
