Student experience

Weiyi Xia

Country of origin: China

As an international student from China, living in Australia is not an easy thing. I had to overcome difficulties such as language barriers and culture differences.

FedUni gave me all aspects of these supports! Especially English language and multicultural student support to help me settle into this community.

I have achieved a lot through my Bachelor of Commerce studies. For business analysis, using data we can forecast companies' future development which I find interesting.

By discussing current global finance in class, we learned how to defend our interest in an ethical dilemma. I believe these skills will be beneficial to me and be useful throughout my career.
