Angela is an enthusiastic and client-focused professional who has been a leader in the provision of information technology service management for many years. Having worked extensively in the educational environment in both VET and higher education, Angela has worked on a wide range of business-critical initiatives where IT has been the enabler in the provision of improved efficiencies and outcomes supporting the university's strategic initiatives in teaching, learning and research.

Angela is experienced in process design, SDLC, IT governance, change management, project management, ITIL processes and continuous improvements.

Interests include putting leadership, engagement, change management, service delivery and application of new technologies together to find new ways to achieve productive outcomes.
