Located in the heart of Ballarat, the SMB Campus (formerly known as School of Mines Ballarat) provides modern teaching facilities within an attractive, historic environment dating back to 1870. The traditional custodians for this area are the Wadawurrung peoples.

Technical education for years 11 and 12 students is provided at this campus.

Federation TAFE, Building and Construction Training Centre and the Manufacturing Technology Training Centre are located on nearby Grant Street.
