Disability Action Plan
The Federation University Disability Action Plan is aimed at engaging the FedUni community in making improvements across all areas of University operations, to continue to improve accessibility for people with disability in both study and employment and to ensure FedUni is a place where all staff and students can achieve and succeed.
The FedUni Social Inclusion Committee reviews progress on the Plan at regular intervals.
The 2014-2016 Plan has now been completed and closed.
The 2017-2020 Plan is currently under development.
Do you want to have input into the 2017-2020 Disability Action Plan?
Equity & Equal Opportunity is seeking input from students and staff to develop FedUni’s Disability Action Plan 2017-2020.
We are looking for people to help us identify gaps and barriers to accessibility and inclusion at FedUni and/or provide advice within their areas of expertise.
The size and composition of the group will help determine the structure of the consultation - for example, a small number of informal meetings, smaller group discussions, or individual conversations may be held. Involvement is not intended to be overly demanding on people’s time.
Please let us know of your interest by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday 14 March. Also let us know, in what capacity do you want to be involved - for example, your lived experience, your passion, your research or your role at FedUni?
If you have any queries, please contact email@example.com or 03 5327 8104.
