eLearning Showcase #1 2013

eLearning Showcase #1:

Wednesday 3rd July 2013
Albert Coates Complex, Mt Helen Campus

A pre-conference eLearning Showcase was held on the afternoon of July 3rd at the University's Mt Helen Campus from 2:00pm – 5.00pm.

This eLearning Showcase #1 provided an opportunity to celebrate and share excellent practice in blended and online teaching and learning currently taking place across the University. Staff (and some students) shared their innovations, anecdotes and accounts of using technology in teaching to enable high quality student learning.

The Showcase featured short, sharp presentations on eLearning initiatives and demonstrate their impact on student learning. Each concise presentation was followed by a question-and-answer session and discussion.

The eLearning Showcase forms part of the University's eLearning Strategy, which incorporates our eLearning Vision, endorsed by Academic Board in May 2013. Hosted by Professor Marcia Devlin, the eLearning Showcase provided an opportunity to learn more about eLearning from peers and students.
