All results of assessment, whether the results are original, additional, supplementary, formal or informal must be signed by the lecturer/teacher responsible for the unit/course and the Executive Dean of Faculty.
Results are reported to the Faculty Board for ratification and are noted by the Curriculum Committee.

Applications for Block Credits must be endorsed by a Head of Department and submitted to the Learning & Teaching Committee for approval.|
Academic Board must give final approval for Block Credit, which are then registered.

Applications by students for credit are signed off by the Program Co-ordinator and then forwarded to the relevant Faculty Programs Committee then Faculty Board for approval.
Any credit granted is recorded in Campus Solutions by the Faculty.

Applications by students for credit transfer are signed off by the relevant RPL Assessor in accordance with training package requirements.|
Approved credit transfers are forwarded to Student Administration for the processing of enrolment and credit transfer documentation.
|Recognition of Prior Learning (TAFE)||
Applications by students for RPL are evaluated by an assessor using written, verbal, demonstrated knowledge or testimonials. The assessor will approve RPL as required.|
Student Administration is notified of any RPL granted for recording.
