Information & Communications Technology Services (ICT Services)

ICT Services is responsible for the provision of electronic based information systems across the University. It is also responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the computers and computer networks. ICT Services is responsible for several key databases and the underlying electronic information infrastructure. ICT Services plays a proactive role in planning for the future electronic information and communication needs of the University in an environment that is both dynamic and rapidly expanding.

Please check the ICT Services webpage before phoning the Service Desk as many services are available which enable users to perform tasks such as changing a password.

Furthermore, please ensure that you have your FedUni ID Card at hand before contacting the ICT Service Desk as the operators will not be able to log your service request without a valid ID number.
