Australian Collaboration for Research into Injury in Sport and its Prevention (ACRISP)

Sally Bromley

Sally is working with ACRISP and the AIS to evaluate injuries in Olympic Combat Sports (Judo, Boxing, Taekwon-do and Wrestling) and how injury prevention strategies can be implemented.

Sally is passionate about helping athletes remain strong and fit to maximise their time in training and minimise their injury risk. She has a strength and conditioning background, and she understands the key principles of training for adaptation, as well as having sound anatomy and physiology knowledge.

In 2013 Sally was part of the Combat Sports Draft, and was one of only 11 athletes selected for the program from over 400 applicants.
