FedUni online and domestic partner students

Welcome to the FedUni Library. We offer an integrated library service across all campuses, and aim to provide a range of high quality scholarly information resources and services to assist you with your studies.

Library skills classes

The Library offers free classes to assist students with their researching skills. Go to the Library skills timetable to check for upcoming classes or to enrol.

In addition, some courses have embedded skills development sessions based on specific assessment tasks or types of writing. These are generally held during your scheduled lecture or tutorial times.

Online YouTube tutorials are available if you cannot attend a Library skills class.

Contact us for assistance at other times.

Referencing

FedUni uses the American Psychological Association (APA), Modern Language Association (MLA), Chicago/Turabian, and Australian Harvard styles of referencing. Download the General Guide to Referencing (pdf, 3.06mb) to learn more. Refer to your unit descriptions, or contact your lecturers and tutors for the preferred citation style for each subject you undertake.

FedUni students also have access to EndNote, a referencing and bibliography tool. Go to the Referencing page to find out more.

Further referencing support can be provided by your lecturers and tutors, and our Information librarians. Ask at the Library information desk or email us for assistance.
