TAFE teachers: Planning your class schedules for this year?

Consider booking your TAFE computer skills classes with the library for 2023 now. We recommend these classes early in the teaching period (around week 3 is ideal) to help students get connected to Federation University information and systems. Classes can be tailored to suit the needs of your students and may cover: 

• Student email accounts 
• Passwords 
• Moodle navigation and assessment uploads 
• My Student Centre
• Student ID cards
• Printing
• OneDrive – file management
• Installing Microsoft Office 365
• Where to get help 

The classes are interactive with many practice opportunities. Students require a student ID number and password to participate, so we recommend students are enrolled in their TAFE course prior to a class. You can book your class into one of these sessions online or contact the Library to discuss your needs.
