New InfoPoints are now open in all campus libraries.

Library staff are providing a one-stop enquiry service to all commencing and returning students, staff and visitors.

We've been open for 10 days now, and so far our pop-up InfoPoints have answered more than 1500 queries and resolved 80% of them on the spot. Our customers are very satisfied too, giving us a 4.9/5.0 star rating!

Look out for the InfoPoint sign on your campus and stop by with your questions. We’ll either answer your query on the spot or connect you to the right service. So come and say hi, and spread the word - we’re here to help!
